How long does delivery take?

Your kit ships 4–6 days before your wedding date — so it arrives with plenty of time to spare. Once your order is confirmed, we'll send you your tracking details so you always know where your package is.

Where do you ship to?

We ship across Europe, including the UK. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your country, just reach out.

How does the return work?

Your kit includes a prepaid return label. Once your wedding weekend is over, simply pack everything back into the original box and drop it off at your nearest UPS access point. No printer needed — just show the QR code we send you.
